Alfa Romeo Klub Danmark/ Honda Klub Danmark - Club Sport

9. may 2004

Two significant things outlined this event.

First of all Søren Bærholm participated with his Audi 100 2.3E, and second: Gert Sterner had no break-downs!

Søren Bærholm has become a member of the danish Alfa Romeo Owners Club, and attended a 1-hour track driving class before the event started. This earned him a D-license.

Gert Sterner's Alfa Romeo 33 1.7 16V ran with no problems and he scored the best Into The Red time. Per Einarsson's Bertone GT suffered from an oil-leak and had trouble maintaining a proper oil pressure.

Apart from the danish Honda and Alfa Romeo OCs there were invited entrants from the Lancia, Fiat and BMW clubs.

ITR participants:

Gert Sterner - Alfa Romeo 33 1.7 QV 16V (1991)

Best lap time 0:47.92

Per Einarsson - Alfa Romeo 2000 GT Veloce (1972)

Best lap time 0:48.14

Søren Bærholm - Audi 100 2.3E (1989)

Best lap time 0:48.77 (not in championship)

Claus Larsen - Spectator and advisor

(Best time of the day - BMW M3 CSL - 0:41.89 - on R-type semi-slicks)
