Black Ford Capri RS wins shootout with BMW CSL in America

Right off Interstate 71 on the outskirts of Columbus, Ohio, lies the American raceway 'Mid Ohio'. This splendid venue was selected for the third race in the Danish Independant GPL League, and although the famous scuderia sent two cars, only one participated when Michael Ryhl caught the private jet of Bella Lago Direttore Luca Brasi back home to Maranello for the birth of his second child.

Anton Norup however, did participate in the black car, and apart from a technical black-out on lap 5, he did so very well.

The brutal RS Capri adopts a more sideways style in pursuit of the Batmobile Beamer
Before the ITR star-driver could pass the Bent Juul, it came to a few close encounters between the two fast cars on the twisty circuit
'I wasn't told until after the race that Michael had flown home', said a surprised Norup. But nobody except Brasi knew, and the star-driver hustled the RS Capri in spectacular style anyway, fighting his way back to a quite impressive P12 after rejoining last after the journey onto the green grass of Mansfield County.
