First blood for the Coopers
DGPLS autumn season opened at Watkins Glen

The first race in the newly acquired Cooper-Maseratis turned out a succes.

Star driver Henrik Christensen fought his way up through the competition and finished an astonishing P3 in the 42-lap race at Watkins Glen upstate New York.

Michael Andersen fell back to P6 when he was shunted twice in very unfortunate accidents, and team boss Per Einarsson lost a P9 on the penultimate lap due to running out of fuel.

Søren Bærholm was disconnected after 33 laps and was thus unable to finish the race.

Team statistics The team is back on track and no doubt the tough drivers will gather points in every race and climb the point-rank to finish among the top-contenders.
